Return Policy.

Sydney Ceramic Tile Wizards Pty Ltd trading as (Tiling Tools Delivered) hereinafter called “the Supplier”

All goods being returned must have prior approval and corresponding invoice number(s) quoted, otherwise credit or replacement will not be authorized. Freight charges incurred for goods being returned is on the onus of the sender/consigner, unless otherwise arranged and accepted by the Supplier. Goods returned for credit may be subject to restocking charges and will be accepted only if in original condition.
